This year round residence is situated in a secluded setting, set back from the road on over one acre of land with 150 feet of water frontage on this beautiful, crystal clear lake. Most rooms offer sweeping views of the lake-you may choose to retreat to the large, open patio with plenty of room to entertain and grill out. Dock, swim float, one canoe and two kayaks included. Whatever you may be searching for, you are sure to find it here -rest, relaxation, fishing (famous for salmon, bass and trout!), boating, golfing (18 hole golf course 10 minutes away), shopping (30 minutes from Portland's famous 'Old Port' which offers wonderful art and culture, or LL BEAN which is 15 minutes from Portland), and of course, the most delicious seafood you'll ever experience is minutes away! Beautiful Sebago Lake House

This was a lovely older home, with beautiful landscaping on a large lot with lovely tall trees and a large sandy beach. It was located in a quiet cove and was very peaceful.

Deep Cove August 2023

The location is amazing, located on the cove and close to town. The amenities were perfect - canoe, kayaks, dock, life jackets, beach games, etc. The house is big and had everything we needed for two families of 4 - we could have comfortably fit more. Owner’s communication is excellent. Would book again.

Highly recommend this property.

Lovely home, great location! Enjoyed eating our dinners on the deck. Made great use of the firepit. The house was very comfortable. We highly recommend this property. There were 8 of us and we look forward to returning.

View is spectacular!

Could not have asked for a better week! We all enjoyed the house and the lake. House accommodations were great. Plenty of room for all of us. Property had wonderful views, quiet and very private. Would definitely stay again.
